Bible Verses for September 8 - 14 , 2008

"A Study of Paul"

Monday, September 7th ... Acts 21:37-22:21
How are you like Paul and willing to share your testimony with others?  What do (or would) you say about how Jesus has changed your life?

Tuesday, September 9th ... Acts 22:22-29
How can you be like the Jewish crowd in Jerusalem, being separatist and exclusive to "who" should hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ?  Are you willing to go to "the ends of the earth" and share God's love with others?

Wednesday, September 10th ... Acts 22:30 - 23:5
Ananias did not act as a godly Jew!  Would people question if you are a Christian by your words and deeds?  Are there changes you need to make in your life so people would have no questions to your commitment to Jesus?

Thursday, September 11th ... Acts 23:6-11
What prompting did the Holy Spirit give Paul to help in his defense of his witness to Jesus?  Do you rely on the Holy Spirit's power to share Jesus and to do God's will?

Friday, September 12th ... Acts 22:12-22
How was a child important to saving Paul's life?  Do you think God could work through children to tell you what His plans are for your life?  How are you working with children to help them know of God's love and how important they are to building the kingdom of God?

Saturday, September 13th ... Acts 22:23-24
The Roman army was to deliver Paul to Governor Felix!  Do you limit God by asking for your way or are you open to God's ways, in which anything can happen... even being saved by an army?

Sunday, September 14th ... Acts 22:25-35
As you read this passage, think back on the previous passages in this chapter and recount all the ways God took care of Paul.  Now take a moment and recall all the ways God has cared for you over the last few days!
